Cute cute cute! Kate Sylvester does it to us every time. This dress -$345- feels so good to wear. There is something about the full skirt, cinched in waist, pockets and belt that makes it oh so lady-like (some of us need help at times to feel like laaaaady!). Teamed here with the Giamo wedges -$199-.
