Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne via Australia Post within 1–4 business days. Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $300. Free express shipping on domestic orders over $500.
International shipping is available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any applicable charges will be communicated or collected in accordance with the shipping service used.
Pickup
Free in-store pickup available at Filly’s Stable, Albert Park. Orders are typically ready within 2–4 business days.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty. All sale items are final sale. Customers who opt for store credit will receive an additional 10% of their original order value.
