Pickup is available (on most products) from Filly’s Stable, Albert Park. Orders are usually ready within 2–4 business days.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer a full refund on full-priced items if you are not satisfied with your purchase (online orders only). Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

All items must be returned unworn with tags attached. Footwear must be returned unworn in its original packaging, including box and shoe bags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage service when returning your item.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, lingerie, hosiery, or swimwear.
