Returns and Exchange
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We are happy to offer you a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. ONLINE ONLY
- All goods must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached and footwear is to be returned unworn in its original packaging with box and shoe bags included.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on all earrings, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear for hygiene purposes.
- Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
- Please be advised that all cost of returning an item is at the buyer’s expense and we advise you use a trackable postage service when returning your item.
