Returns and Exchange

  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We are happy to offer you a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. ONLINE ONLY
  • Please choose carefully as we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on SALE items unless faulty.
  • All goods must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached and footwear is to be returned unworn in its original packaging with box and shoe bags included.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on all earrings, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear for hygiene purposes.
  • Please be advised that all cost of returning an item is at the buyer’s expense and we advise you use a trackable postage service when returning your item.
